Attorney Brett McArthur of Lincoln, NE; moronic loser

The state of Nebraska presented Brett T. McArthur with a law license in 193 after he graduated from the Creighton University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Brett guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to carry out contract of employment
• Caused damage or prejudice to client during representation
• Failed to keep clients informed of various deadlines
• Failed to return client phone calls
• Failed to inform client of settlement offers
• Failed to inform client of judgment entered against her

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Brett by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Brett practices at 140 South 27^th Street in Lincoln, Nebraska.
