Attorney Charles Struble of Phoenix; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented Charles A. Struble with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Failed to properly supervise associate
  • Failure to supervise associate led to delayed court proceedings and created additional work for the opposing party

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Charlie practices with Kent & Wittekind PC at 111 West Monroe Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
