Attorney Craig Simon of Tempe, AZ; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Craig J. Simon with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Chicago Law School. 

The Arizona State Bar found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Craig engaged in what he knew was a potential conflict of interest when he had an affair with his client while he was representing her in a civil matter.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Craig practices with the Simon Law Group PLLC at 2141 East Broadway Road in Tempe, Arizona.
