Attorney David Oliver of Sells, AZ; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented David E. Oliver with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School. 

The Arizona State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Faield to adhere to rules governing client trust accounts
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to exercise due care in handling of his trust account
• Failed to main complete and adequate records for five years
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dave!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Dave practices with the Tohono O’odham Advocate Program in Sells, Arizona.
