Attorney Richard Luff Jr. of Tucson; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Richard Luff Jr. with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Chapman Law School. 

The Arizona State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appear at court hearing in juvenile case
• Judge removed Dick as juvenile’s attorney
• Dick disobeyed court order to not have any contact with the juvenile

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Dick practices with the Law Office of Richard Luff Jr. PLLC at 123 Stone Avenue in Tucson, Arizona.
