The Arizona State Bar found Cornelia guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
- Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
- Engaged in a conflict of interest
- Pursued claims or asserted defenses in bad faith
- Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Cornelia by gifting her with a complimentary censure.
