Attorney Charles Walton of Ft. Washington, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Charles E. Walton with a law license in 2005. Charlie was also provided with a law license from the District of Columbia in 2006.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to obtain client’s informed consent about dual representation
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Joey practices at 10905 Fort Washington Road in Fort Washington, Maryland.
