Attorney John Rooney of Punta Gorda, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Florida provided John Michael Rooney in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.;

The Florida State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Communicated with someone he knew was represented by counsel
• Ignored written demands to cease and desist from communicating with represented person from that person’s attorney (Up yours, said Johnny!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Johnny practices in the Punta Gorda, Florida area.
