Attorney Peter John of Baton Rouge; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Peter John with a law license in 1998

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.

As we speak (ca) November 2014) Pete practices with The Questaverd Law Firm LLC at 10925 Perkins Road in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
