Attorney Roger Hultquist of Ft. Wayne; ethical dwarf

The state of Indiana provided Roger William Hultquist with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to promptly inform client of any decision or circumstance with which client’s informed consent is required
  • Failed to comply with client’s requests for information
  • Failed to explain matter to allow client to make informed decisions re: representation
  • Revealed information relation to client representation w/o client’s informed consent

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Roger punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Roger practices at 110 West Berry Street in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
