Attorney Jacob Dunnuck of Muncie; ethical dwarf

The state of Indiana provided Jacob Paul Dunnuck with a law license in 2001.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Jacob guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Deposited personal funds into client trust accounts to avoid attachment by IRS
• Wrote check on insufficient account (rubber)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Jacob by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
