Attorney Richard Onorevole of Lake Hiawatha, NJ; serial offender

The state of Pennsylvania presented Brian Joseph Muhlbaier with a law license in 1983.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in the unauthorized practice despite the fact his law license was suspended. In addition, Dick failed to comply with New Jersey Court rules that mandated he file a petition to have his license reinstated before he could again practice law.

As one would suspect, this isn’t Dick’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one complimentary admonishment, two complimentary reprimands and one complimentary suspension for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Dick practices at 101 North Beverwyck Road in Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey, which is located in Morris County.
