Attorney Peggy O’Dowd of Pompton Plains, NJ; ethical elf

The state of Pennsylvania presented Peggy M. O’Dowd with a law license in 198.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Peggy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Engaged in gross negligence

As one would suspect, this isn’t Peggy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received one complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Peggy by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Peggy practices at 500 Newark Pompton Turnpike in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, which is located in Passaic County.
