Bruce’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Received at least 10 notices of delinquency in probate matters
• Failed to comply with statutory filing requirements
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to return client phone calls

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, which was his third.

• Failed to file required annual report in trust matter
• Failed to respond to numerous calls from trustee
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, which was his fourth.

Bruce’s 5^th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent legal services (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
• Failed to expedite litigation
• Made false or misleading states re: lawyer services to client
• Engaged in conduct
• Engaged in fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
• Knowingly deceived his clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
