Attorney Nicholas Bravo of Beverly Hills; serial drunk

The state of California provided Nicholas Ashley Bravo with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of West Los Angles Law School.

The University of West Los Angeles is a fourth tier school that caters to losers that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream schools such as UCLA, USC, UC Davis, Pepperdine or Stanford.

The California State Bar Court found Nick guilty of the following misconduct.

Over the past 10 years, Nick has been criminally convicted of three (3) alcohol-related driving offenses.

Nick’s first conviction took place after midnight when an officer stopped him for erratic driving in the Lake Tahoe area. Nick smelled like alcohol, his speech was slow and slurred and he was unsteady on his feet.

Nick’s second conviction occurred at 1”30 a.m. when an officer stopped him after he made an illegal turn. The officer observed that he had red eyes and smelled like alcohol. He was placed on probation for 36 months and ordered to attend a alcohol abuse program for repeat offenders. It was rumored that Nick opted to attend the Nick Nolte Sobriety Institute located in Hollywood.

Nick’s third conviction took place late in the evening when a member of the LA Police Department’s Driving Under the Influence (DUI) task force stopped Nick after observing him making an illegal U-turn and create a hazard by backing up his car in traffic. Based on Nick’s bloodshot watery eyes and odor of alcohol on his breath, he was arrested.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Nick by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Nick practices with Ronald Richards & Associates APC in Beverly Hills, California.
