Attorney Francis Blankner Jr. of Orlando; repeat offender

The state of Florida presented Francis Wesley Blankner with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Francis guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Francis’ First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Francis by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Francis practices with Jaeger & Blankner at 217 NE Ivanhoe Blvd in Orlando, Florida.
