Attorney Derek Aronoff of Stuart, FL; repeat offender

The state of Florida presented Derek Michael Aronoff with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Mercer University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Derek guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to timely communicate with client
• Failed to expedite litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Derek’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Derek by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Derek practices at 27 SE Ocean Blvd in Stuart, Florida.
