Attorney Paul Bergmann III of Chattanooga; cheater

The state of Tennessee provided Paul Bergmann III with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Paulie found it acceptable to overbill (cheat) the State of Tennessee in the amount of $2,793 for representing indigent defendants

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2014) Paulie practices at 701 Cherry Street in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
