Attorney Namir Daman of Taylor, MI; convicted felon

The state of Michigan provided Namir M. Daman with a law license in 1996.

The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Allison guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Namir pleaded guilty to the felony offense of aiding and abetting immigration fraud in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Namir by gifting him with a complimentary 30-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014) Namir practices with the Law Offices of Attorney Namir M. Daman at 6770 Monroe Blvd in Taylor, Michigan.
