Attorney George Callahan of Toronto, CAN; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Canada presented George Brendan Callahan with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found George guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Mishandled trust funds
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to account to client for services rendered

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of Inquiry punished George by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), George practices at 336-20 De Boers Drive in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
