Attorney Alan Lander of Landover, MD; idiotic loser

The District of Columbia Bar presented Alan Jay Lander with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act with reasonable promptness
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions re: representation
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Alan practices at 8201 Corporate Drive in Landover, Maryland.
