Attorney Robert Johnson II of DC; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia Bar presented Robert Winthrop Johnson II with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Tulane University Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby improperly distributed from his trust account funds that had been advanced to him by a client at a time when persons claiming a bona fide interest in those funds disputed his authority to distribute them.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Bobby practices with Johnson Rogers & Clifton LLP at 401 Ninth Street NW in Washington, DC.
