Attorney Frederick Taylor of Phoenix; ethical leprechaun
The state of Arizona presented Frederick Taylor with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.
The Arizona State Bar found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to consult with client so client could make informed decisions re: representation
- Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
- Selfish or dishonest motive
- Failed to communicate with client
- Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
- Failed to safeguard client property
- Victims of misconduct vulnerable
- Knowingly made false statements of act to a trial court
- Failed to properly supervise office staff
- Misconduct involved multiple offenses
- Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
- Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
- Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. October 2014) Freddy practices with the Law Office of Frederick Taylor PC at 5030 East Sunrise Drive in Phoenix, Arizona.
