Attorney Frederick Taylor of Phoenix; ethical leprechaun

The state of Arizona presented Frederick Taylor with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to consult with client so client could make informed decisions re: representation
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Selfish or dishonest motive
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Victims of misconduct vulnerable
  • Knowingly made false statements of act to a trial court
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
  • Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2014) Freddy practices with the Law Office of Frederick Taylor PC at 5030 East Sunrise Drive in Phoenix, Arizona.
