Attorney Brian Stanley of Phoenix; lying loser

The state of Arizona presented Brian K. Stanley with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Cornell University Law School in Chicago.

The Arizona State Bar found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Bad faith obstruction of disciplinary process (Up yours, said Brian!)
• Failed to pay mandatory state bar dues
• Failed to comply with mandatory continuing legal education
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law
• Made a false statement to ethics investigators

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2014) Brian practices with the Law Office of Brian K. Stanley PLLC at 3200 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
