Attorney Mark Kirkorsky of Mesa, AZ; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Mark A. Kirkorsky with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from California Western Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Victims of misconduct were vulnerable
• Failed to reduce fee agreements to writing
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Charges an excessive fee (cheater)
• Failed to safeguard client property

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
