Bryan Fischer says, Selling Bacon Proves America is a Christian Nation

Stand-up comedian Bryan Fischer is the so-called Director of Issues Analysis for the Un-American Family Association.

On a recent (09/16/14) airing of his daily comedy radio show Focal Point, Bryan harkened back to a three-year-old incident wherein an employee at a Halal [foodstuffs permissible under Islamic law]-friendly KFC was suspended for abusing a customer who asked for bacon as proof positive that America is a Christian nation. Screwy Bryan went on to say:

• “You want one single item of proof that America is a Christian nation and not a Jewish nation and not an Islamic nation?”
• “One single bit of proof is all you need: we freely allow restaurants and grocery stores to sell and to serve bacon.”
• “That can only happen in a Christian country.”

The Screwball completed his asinine rant by saying;

“So the sheer fact that we freely allow the sale and consumption of bacon is absolute proof that we are, in fact, a Christian nation.”

Since its lawful to sell and view porn in the U.S. of A., isn’t that also absolute proof that we are a Christian nation?
