Attorney Neil Harrington of Phoenix; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented Neil J. Harrington with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Neil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Selfish or dishonest motive
• Victims were vulnerable
• Presented a false affidavit for filing in court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Neil by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
