Attorney Paul Miniclier of New Orleans; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Paul C. Miniclier with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pursued non-meritorious [frivolous] claims
  • Knowingly disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal
  • Used means having no substantial purpose other to embarrass, delay or burden another
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct intended to disrupt a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Paulie practices at 1305 Dublin Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
