Attorney Michael McIntire of Covington, LA; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Michael H. McIntire with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Oklahoma City University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated duty owed to client
• Conduct was negligent
• Actual injury occurred do to Mike’s conduct
• Client had to institute lawsuit to recover funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Mike practices at 510 North Jefferson Street in Covington, Louisiana.
