Attorney Robert Falanga of Alpharetta, GA; ethical dwarf

The state of Georgia presented Robert A. Falanga with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta.

The State Bar of Georgia found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

Bobby improperly solicited employment as private practitioner with a non-lawyer who had not sought his advice regarding the hiring of an attorney.

Bobby then had the audacity to waste public and judicial resources by appealing his reprimand all the way up to the Eleventh Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. What a loser!

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Bobby practices with Falanga & Chalker at 11200 Atlantis Place in Alpharetta, Georgia.
