Attorney Derek Wright of Atlanta; lying loser

The state of Georgia presented Derek M. Wright with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Georgia State University Law School.

The State Bar of Georgia found Derek guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation
• Failed to appear at court-scheduled hearing on client’s behalf
• Failed to advise client her lawsuit had been dismissed
• Lied to ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Derek) 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Derek by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Derek practices with Derek M. Wright LLC at 50 Hurt Plaza in Atlanta, Georgia.
