Attorney Angela Armstrong of Palm Harbor, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida presented Angela Morton Armstrong with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Angie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigator (Up yours, said Angie)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Negligence caused client to lose home
  • Engaged in a pattern of neglect
  • Knowingly failed to perform services for client
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Angie by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Angie practices at 1155 Tampa Road in Palm Harbor, Florida.
