Attorney Thomas Molitor of Winnetka, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Thomas R. Molitor with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

The Disciplinary Commission found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy agreed to handle a personal injury case for a client; however, after he filed the lawsuit, he failed to effectuate service on the defendant.

Making matters worse, Tommy misrepresented (lied) about the status of the matter to his client for a period of almost two (2) years.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Tommy practices at 1133 Scott Avenue in Winnetka, Illinois.
