Attorney Ross Haith II of Westchester, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Ross Lee Haith II with a law license in 1999.

The Disciplinary Commission found Ross guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false statements in court filings
• Filed frivolous pleadings in effort to delay divorce matter
• Made false statements regarding integrity of several judges
• Failed to appear for disciplinary hearing (Up Yours, said Ross!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Ross by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2014, Ross practices with the Law Office of Ross L. Haith at 9909 West Roosevelt Road in Westchester, Illinois.
