Attorney Graham Mottola of Kihei, HI; ethical misfit

The state of Hawaii presented Graham Daniel Mottola with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from California Western Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Graham guilty of the following misconduct.

• Arrested for driving under the influence (DUI)
  Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain retainer fees in trust account as required
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to return property to client after being fired

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Graham by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Graham practices with the Law Office of Graham Mottola at 1079 Kahaapo Loop in Kihei, Hawaii.
