Attorney Jean Wilson of Naples, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Jean Reagan Wilson with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Miami University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Jean guilty of the following misconduct.

While Jean was attending to a personal matter in another state, she allowed a non-lawyer in her office to run her law practice. During Jean’s absence, she failed to represent her clients or oversee the law practice.

Jean also did not report her CLE (Continuing Legal Education) credits and subsequently became ineligible to practice law.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jean by gifting her with a complimentary 91-day suspension of her law license.  

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Jean practices at 705 103^rd Avenue in Naples, Florida.
