Attorney Peter MacNamara of Miami; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Peter M. MacNamara with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

Pete’s misconduct involved his so-called representation of a client in a probate matter involving the filing of federal estate taxes.

Pete failed to be forthright with the State Bar about the circumstances of the filing during the disciplinary process. In truth, Pete told the State Bar, Up Yours!

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Pete practices at 3908 Main Highway in Miami, Florida.
