Attorney Yolanda Concepcion of North Miami; tax scofflaw

The state of Florida provided Yolanda Maria Conception with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from Tulane University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Yolanda guilty of the following misconduct.

Yolanda found it acceptable to withhold payroll taxes from her employee but did not remit same to the federal or state government.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Yolanda by gifting her with a complimentary 91-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Yolanda practices in the North Miami, Florida area.
