Attorney Synthia Morris of Colorado Springs; moronic loser

The state of Colorado presented Synthia Kaye Morris with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Texas Tech University of Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Synthia guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Knowingly ignored court orders
  • Failed to appear for scheduled trial
  • Failed to appear for contempt hearing
  • Failed to contact district court to transmit record to Court of Appeals
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Synthia by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Synthia.

As we speak, (ca. September 2014), Synthia practices with the Law Office of Synthia Morris at 102 South Tejon in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Warning: Synthia does not carry legal malpractice insurance
