Attorney Jeanne Melberg of Castle Rock, CO; ethical misfit

The state of Colorado presented Jeanne Diane Melberg with a law license in 2005.

Disciplinary Counsel found Jeanne guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jeanne pledged to render exclusive and full-time services to the law firm where she was an associate attorney. However, she violated the agreement when she opened her own law firm and knowingly diverted revenue from her employer’s law firm to her own firm.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jeanne by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak, (ca. September 2014), Jeanne practices with Denver Law LLC in Castle Rock, Colorado.
