Attorney Shawn Sirgo of Nashville; repeat offender

 

The state of Tennessee provided Shawn Patrick Sirgo with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Shawn guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Shawn’s 1st Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Disclosed client confidences

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Shawn by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Shawn practices at 2300 21st Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee.

In one matter, Shawn found it acceptable to engage in the practice of law at a time that his law license was suspended.

 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Shawn by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
