Attorney Steven Frazier of Kingsport, TN; repeat offender

The state of Tennessee provided Steven Carl Frazier with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to file a complaint on client’s behalf

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Stevie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary censure for engaging in some of the same misconduct aforementioned.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Stevie practices at 710 East Sullivan Street in Kingsport, Tennessee.
