Attorney Jerry Delcore of Racine, WI; ethical gremlin

The state of Wisconsin presented Naomi E. Soldon with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence
  • Failed to timely pursue husband’s pension benefits on behalf of client
  • Failed to explain matters to client in a clear and timely manner
  • Failed to deposit advance fees in trust account as required
  • Failed to file necessary documents with trial court in divorce case

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jerry’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Jerry practices at 5200 Washington Avenue in Racine, Wisconsin.
