Attorney Laura Walker of Kenosha, WI; ethical misfit

The state of Wisconsin presented Laura A. Walker with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Laura guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to enter into proper fee agreement with client
• Failed to provide client with written notice before withdrawing fees from client trust account
• Improperly made cash withdrawals from client trust account
• Failed to maintain complete trust account records

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Laura by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Laura practices with the Walker Law Group at 1024 Sixtieth Street in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
