Attorney Lawrence Lane of Buffalo, NY; thieving loser

The state of New York provided Lawrence Saul Lane with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the 8th Judicial District found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Engaged in representing clients with conflicting interests
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Misappropriated (stole) funds belong to another person
  • Failed to maintain client funds in special account
  • Failed to maintain required records of bank accounts
  • Failed to render appropriating accounts to client/third persons
  • Failed to identify special accounts in proper manner

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on Grievance Committee of the 8th Judicial District punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Larry practices at 3700 Seneca Street in Buffalo, New York.
