Attorney William Waldrom of Mesa, AZ; ethical dwarf

The state of Nevada presented William M. Waldrom with a law license in 1990.

The Arizona State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy represented a client regarding estate and income tax matters. He later drafted a will and testament for the same client.

The will and testament drafted by Billy nominated himself as the personal representative of the estate. Billy subsequently borrowed $160,000 from the client, while he continued to represent her.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2014), Billy practices at 6315 East Main Street in Mesa, Arizona.
