Attorney Thomas Westbrook of Littlerock, WA; lying felon

 

The state of Washington presented Thomas Jay Westbrook with a law license in 1973.

 

The Washington State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy found it acceptable to submit a false statement of fact to a bank to 
support a request for a line of credit for his company.
Tommy submitted a Borrowing Certificate stating that his company had receivables of $846, 624.51 
and inventory of $979,764.92, knowing that these figures were substantially inflated.
Subsequently, , Tommy Westbrook pled guilty to one count of False Statement in Connection with 
a Federally Insured Loan, a felony.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington 
State Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license. 
As we (September 2014), Tommy practices at in the Littlerock, Washington area.
