Attorney Michael Rembolt of Chattaroy, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented Michael Alan Rembolt with a law license in 1978

after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, , Mike was ignorant of the fact that the Bankruptcy Code requires a debtor to obtain authorization from the Bankruptcy Court to assume an unexpired commercial lease within 60 days of filing bankruptcy. Mike also failed to timely file a motion for authorization to assume the commercial lease on behalf of his clients.

As a result of Mike’s conduct, the commercial lease was deemed rejected. His clients were forced to renegotiate a new commercial lease.

As a a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (August 2014), Mike practices with the Rembolt Law Office at 36822 North Valley Road in Chattaroy, Washington.
