Attorney Douglas Hampton of Southfield, MI; felonious drunk

The state of Michigan presented Douglas Hampton with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Attorney Discipline Board found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Doug pled guilty of a third DUI offense, which was a felony.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary 179-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Doug practices with the Law Offices of Douglas D. Hampton PC at 2000 Town Center in Southfield, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
