Attorney Adam Kimmell of Portland; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Adam Kimmell with a law license in 1991.

  • The Oregon State Bar found Adam guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in criminal conduct
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Adam’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Adam practices at 2323 SE Tacoma Street in Portland, Oregon.
